Graduate jobs application process
The graduate job application process at Kimberly-Clark follows the same process for all our roles and is consistent, transparent and based on merit, to ensure all applicants are treated fairly.
Graduate opportunities will be listed under Current opportunities and graduate roles come up as required so keep your eyes out for a graduate role that suits you.
The process is as follows:
- Online application including a CV and cover letter
- First behavioural based interview
- Psychometric testing
- Second interview
- Reference checking
- Offer and appointment
