Monique started as Territory Manager now National Customer Manager
I joined Kimberly-Clark in 2008 as a Territory Manager in Queensland, after 10 years in retail. At Kimberly-Clark I was encouraged and supported to achieve my goals and after my first year received the Territory Manager of the Year Award in 2009.
I was then given the opportunity to transfer to Melbourne as a Field Manager, in this role I developed my leadership skills managing a team of eight Territory Managers which then enabled me to be promoted the role of State Sales Manager. As the State Sales Manager had the chance to lead a large, dynamic team and represent great brands such as Huggies and Kleenex across Victoria and Tasmania.
Kimberly-Clark created an environment that made me feel empowered to be the best that I can be through training programs including Leading Teams, Presentation Skills, and Confident Negotiator and also with the support of sponsors and mentors in the business.
Since 2013 I have been the National Customer Manager for Coles, looking after our Baby and Child Care portfolio including brands like Huggies and Pull Ups. This opportunity has assisted me in developing my key account and category management skills, whilst contributing to the wider business through innovation and development projects. In 2014 our work with Coles was recognised by the Kimberly-Clark Innovation Awards for Best Customer Innovation.
