As Operations Director for Kimberly-Clark Australia and
New Zealand, Crispin Powis leads our tissue plant in Millicent,
including its National Distribution Centre, servicing our consumer and Kimberly-Clark Professional businesses.
Crispin also leads our Ingleburn Baby Care plant, our Albury non-woven plant and our Procurement, Packaging and Workplace Health & Safety teams.
Holding autonomous site leadership roles since 2002, Crispin moved into his first multisite responsibility in 2011. Crispin has driven the launch and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the business and the transformation of our manufacturing cost structures.
Crispin’s team has recently commissioned an extensive CAPEX plan including first-of-a-kind (FOAK) Cogeneration technology in Millicent, underpinning multiple Industry Sustainability awards, and a FOAK diaper pants asset in Ingleburn.
Crispin holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
