Matthew Kelly is the Consumer Sales Director, responsible for working closely with retail partners to understand the key opportunities they are trying to solve, which will allow them to delight shoppers and grow categories.
Matt joined Kimberly-Clark in 2019, after relocating back to Australia from the Netherlands. While in Europe Matt worked at Unilever as the Commercial Strategy Director for Beauty and Personal Care across Europe. He spent a total of 9 years with Unilever, in leadership roles across Australia, Asia and Europe.
Prior to this, Matt had spent 12 years with Procter and Gamble. He started his career there and moved across the world working in Sydney, Melbourne, London and Singapore on various internal and external account and category management roles.
Matt completed his tertiary studies with an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW in Sydney.
