Huggies Helps Underpriveleged Children

Last week the Huggies team spent the day volunteering at the Make A Wish Foundation's Special Children's Christmas Party, where over 5,000 underprivileged children from Sydney and country NSW came together for a day they would never forget.

The annual party is free for families with children aged from 6 months to 15 years old who have a terminal illness, intellectual or physical impairments or come from underprivileged situations.

The Huggies team helped out by setting up, decorating and staffing the busy toy room. Each child was allowed to take 2-3 large toys home so the team had the pleasure of seeing the excitement on their faces when they picked up their toys to take home.

For over 18 years, the Special Children's Christmas Party has put on Christmas parties for disadvantaged children all over Australia. This was the first year the Huggies team has volunteered at the event, helping the children have a wonderful and memorable day filled with loads of Christmas fun, laughs and excitement.
