Movember campaign delivers another year of success

Following the Kimberly-Clark Australia (KCA) Movember campaign for 2016 undertaken by numerous employees across Australia, $7,080 was raised which will be generously matched through the KCA Workplace Giving Program, taking the total tally to $14,160. These funds, which are an increase of over $2,500 from last year’s efforts, will be donated to the Movember Foundation and go towards funding and raising awareness surrounding male depression and prostate cancer.

This year, 28 employees from Kimberly-Clark Professional, Millicent Mill, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance took up the challenge to grow a MOustache in this great cause for men’s health.

Since its humble beginnings in Melbourne, Movember has grown to become a truly global movement, inspiring more than 1.1 million men and women to participate, with formal campaigns held in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, South Africa, Ireland, Finland and the Netherlands.
